人造石材如何进行品牌化运作

  国家整体经济进入了一个平稳增长的时期,整个国家政策对绿色环保企业的支持力度在加大,人造石大受其益;房地产方面的购房政策松绑,利率下调等,使得人造石的需求持续增强。人造石材具有广阔的市场空间与发展潜力,然而,虽然整体环境态势利好,人造石行业并相信业内都很清楚,国家整体经济进入了一个平稳增长的时期,整个国家政策对绿色环保企业的支持力度在加大,人造石大受其益;房地产方面的购房政策松绑,利率下调等,使得人造石的需求持续增强。

  然而,虽然整体环境态势利好,人造石行业并非高枕无忧,依然存在着重重危机,现在看来,目前人造石行业至少存在如下问题:

  其一,企业像家庭作坊一样盲目扩张,部分企业基础建设不完善,市场定位不清晰,缺乏植根于品牌建设的系统运作。

  其二,企业缺乏长远发展目光,用短视经营的方式,一味追求短、平、快的利益,只做“一竿子买卖”的也不乏其人。

  那么人造石材行业的品牌建设处于怎样的阶段,我们理解分为三种。

  第一种是流通领域品牌。这种品牌的特点是经营低端产品,走规模,走价格优势去赚取微薄利润,我们不能否认“他们”是品牌,但是他们只属于流通领域的品牌,不是消费层面、社会层面的品牌,低端产品在市场上有存在的空间,但是缺乏利润可言的销售模式,可以支撑品牌走多远,这是值得我们思考的。

  第二种是有思想没思路的品牌。个别企业也想品牌化运作,但是缺乏思路,认为品牌仅仅是“面子工程”,通过媒体的宣传、包装、炒作等。在短时间内哗众取宠,形成市场的热点。然而缺乏背后系统的支撑,很快就偃旗息鼓,没了下文。

  第三种是长远战略性品牌。投资者要建立真正的品牌,首先要调整品牌的认知,品牌应该成为企业发展的重要战略,品牌建设涵括:研发、产品、销售、服务、管理等多个板块,是系统性的工程,这些持续性的板块建设形成合力,在行业及消费者的认知中打造出一个有性格、有血肉的品牌形象,展现出源源不断的生命力。

  其实,一个健康的人造石企业,应该持有大视野、大眼光的发展思路,要以打造长远的战略性品牌为生存基石。

  这种长远的品牌建设,不是杀鸡取卵,也不是一竿子买卖,在前期需要大量的人力与物力的投入,相对于走量、走热点的品牌建设方式来讲,带来的收益显得平缓而持久。

  那么,如何打造一个真正的具有长远的战略性品牌?

  编者以为,真正的品牌建设应该包含以下几个方面:

  第一:做好产品。产品是品牌的根基。做好产品,不是单一的“模仿”,而是在产品工艺上形成自有的优势。

  第二:定位清晰。做品牌必须根据自身企业的优势,明确目标市场,细分市场。市场太大,你不能高、中、低的蛋糕都想一口吃掉,我们需明确以工程为主,或者家装为主,并锁定大众化或者高端的消费群体等,做到有的放矢。

  第三:提高品牌附加值。什么是附加值?通俗地讲,就是附加在产品原有价值上的新价值。这些新价值包括品质监控、咨询解答、展示体验、设计配套、施工指导、运营培训、售后维护等等。涵盖了消费者接触品牌到落地实用的整个过程中。除了很直观的产品,这些隐形的附加值,也是赢得市场,稳固品牌的不可或缺要素!

  比如以“产品研发”为核心,斥巨资建立国家级的研发中心,在工艺技术、纹理开发等积累了强大的研发团队以及丰富的经验,使产品在行业内及市场上树立了相当的口碑。

  比如始终围绕高端家装市场,在全国建立稳定的渠道网络,建立终端旗舰店,真正把品牌植根于终端消费者层面。

  第四:持续提升品牌附加值,在产品的价格上,要尤其注重产品附加值,倡导买的不是产品,而是整体家居应用。成立专业设计团队、售后服务团队、品牌推广团队等。专注于向市场提供“材料+设计+配套服务”的一体化解决方案。

  打造一个长远的战略性品牌,是一条漫长的道路。

  在品牌化运作的道路上,需要投入大量的人力、物力、财力,包括:研发、产品、销售、服务、管理等各类系统工作。

  但是,我相信石材界的朋友不同程度都面临更大的问题。假如继续走以规模、价格取胜的经营模式,企业的利润空间将不断萎缩,当更多的陶瓷、天然石企业进入人造石领域时,那么离洗牌也就不远了。

  期待人造石材企业真正实现品牌化运作,推动行业的健康可持续发展!
